Coconut has anti-bacterial properties which is good for people suffering from peptic ulcer. Some studies suggest that coconut water and coconut milk have anti-ulcer properties. To cure your peptic ulcer you should drink of fresh coconut water or coconut milk daily for at least one week. You can also drink one tablespoon of coconut milk in the morning and at night for one week.
